Club History
The Osborne Park Amateur Football Club (OPAFC) is a proud, small community club that plays in the Perth Football League (previously known as the Western Australian Amateur Football League). We pride ourselves on not only providing a safe, fun environment for people to play amateur football, but also contributing to the community off the field. We are a club with a strong culture and values and we actively promote opportunities for our players to engage with the community and develop as a person off the field.
Prior to joining the WAAFL, Osborne Park competed in the Mercantile Football Association, which later became known as the Metro Football League, reaching a Division Two grand final in 2009 and a Division One grand final in 2011.
In our most recently completed season (2023) OPAFC fielded two teams in the C4 competition and in a club first, won the C4 League Flag. 2024 sees us expand on that success and enter a third senior men’s side for the first time since 2019. The club is run by volunteers with a core committee group consisting of current players.
